Anatomy of a Smear Campaign – CTL vs UB – Liberal Infighting

February 24, 2014

Following days of hysteria from Denise Romano, which have included hundreds of Twitter DMs Romano broadcast to my followers and countless others in a high-energy, frenetic campaign to have this post with her name deleted, a campaign to have this blog banned and a concerted effort for others to file complaints to Twitter, WordPress and finally PayPal to investigate me for fraud, the woman who portrays herself as a professional in conflict resolution has finally garnered my attention and time.

After a long disjointed conversation which included more issues and expectations than her inclusion in this blog, Romano chose to pursue a destructive, vicious campaign against this blog and me. Knowing the death of my mother was imminent (her demise occurring Thursday afternoon, February 20), and after the many requests for time to review this situation with a clear mind, Romano brought my mother’s passing into this as an insult and escalated the situation beyond the boundaries of human decency.

I had told Romano I wanted to talk to my sources for this small segment and revise it thoughtfully with her supporters (sources) who proclaim and publicly appear to be her staunch allies. Unfortunately for those sources, Romano states she has no supporters and claims only one friendship among her 11.5 thousand Twitter followers. There are some who view a Twitter following as customers or more simply as numbers. I personally believe this is a disingenuous response, but in light of her repetition of that “fact”, I will accept her invalidation of those who believed they were part of her world. I believe they had her best interests in mind and were at one point “true believers”. I do not believe they intentionally lied in their view of the history they told to me.

As you can read for yourself, it is not a negative segment regarding Romano. Since this has been blown out of proportion by Romano and her new friends, I believe it is important to leave the “evidence” intact so that any further libelous claims by Romano can be easily reviewed. I will not delete it because it has become the source for a new libel campaign and I will not allow it to be changed, exaggerated or presented as anything other than what was originally written.

This segment regarding Romano plays an insignificant role in the overall contents of this blog. The arrogance and ego behind any claims that Romano thinks she was used to raise donations is absurd. The mistress of conflict resolution has made herself, through her own Twitter and blog campaigns via her 11.5 thousand Twitter followers and my followers, to make herself an important “personality” feature, but not one that calculates as donation worthy according to my readers.

As with the majority of issues and subject matter that fall into Cabal hands, they have twisted this part of the story from a salute by Romano’s well-meaning supporters to a crude attempt at character assassination and lies at me. I had been alerted that a plan was unfolding for another wave of attacks from the Cabal on February 18, 2014. You are witnessing it’s progression.

In closing, The libel with evident malice currently generated by Romano must end. Accusing me of financial crimes because I didn’t instantly leap to her demands is an attempt at harm and cruelty that was never directed toward her by this blog or in our conversations and is unconscionable behavior. Attacks against my sister, @Alasscan_ on Twitter, must end and she should not be defamed or her followers contacted with defamatory messages. I write this blog.

Was Connect The Left aka CTL ever endangered by newcomer Unite Blue? The simple answer is no, since CTL membership had fallen into disarray amid the doldrums of tragedy and illness that sometimes disrupts the high hopes and best laid plans of mortal humans. A social media account may linger indefinitely when it’s owner is away and there are countless human reasons digital accounts are abandoned.

In the case of CTL, as the story goes, a woman described by one follower as a “goddess of the left” named Denise Romano aka VoX @deniseromano thought progressives could use some organization on Twitter and planted the first seeds of Connect The Left by creating a list of like-minded Democrats. Romano is a well educated, accomplished woman who could have taken this inspiration far if not for illness disrupting her plans and vibrant life. Romano’s blog is well worth the time for  her opinions and research in psychology and conflict resolution:  http://wholethinking.wordpress.com/.

She also includes her personal civility based Twitter Rules which includes an opinion on Unite Blue, #24 Unite Blue http://wholethinking.wordpress.com/my-twitter-rules/

From there, another activist, @EileenLeft™ aka Claudia Parks, took the reins and pushed the group in a different direction as a private membership guided by the stern hand of structured command and control. Parks, with 20 years experience in the military designed CTL to function as a quasi- officer’s club closed to rank and file progressives who did not meet the vetting process via a worthiness interview with Parks. Parks also likes to trademark things and designated the hashtag, #CTL intended for use by members only.

The “Angry Kool-Aid Face” of Connect The Left ~ @EileenLeft™

ConnectTheLeft – A Group Of Logical Liberals You Should Meet and Follow

This Is A List Of Right Wing Trolls I’ve Blocked

During the summer of 2012, Simon Cowart  aka @SayethSimon stepped in to assist with building CTL, helping with list-building and implementing campaigns and organization. @EileenLeft™ owned the internet domain, connecttheleft. org, while Cowart owned the top level domain, connecttheleft.com as well as the twitter handle @connecttheleft. When Parks had to take time off to focus on a serious family illness, Cowart tried to move forward with development, but personality and chain of command clashes were  the wrench in the gears of progress and the relationship ended about 7 months later. Cowart could not act without permission from Parks and the CTL membership was more concerned with sympathy for Park’s circumstances and waiting for their leader to return and guide them. Any action to take a leadership or proactive role in the interim signaled a personal betrayal to Parks. CTL simply languished with its members half-heartedly tweeting the #CTL tag.

For those wondering what a hashtag is besides a word with # in front of it, on Twitter a hashtag often defines the popularity and reach of an organization, business or idea. Companies pay to “trend” their hashtag for sales promotions and political orgs use them to gather followers to promote a cause. Sometimes hashtags are #silly and #playful, used for humorous and satirical punctuation. A hashtag creates a catalog of tweets  in one location and when a hashtag trends it means thousands of users have tweeted the same tag within a short time period. It showcases widespread interest in a topic, event, product or entity.

Simon Cowart aka @SayethSimon

While CTL as a group waited for their leader’s guidance, something new was rising through the twittersphere of progressive politics called , 140Elect, the progenitor of Unite Blue. Cowart wanted to move on from the lull at CTL and began the process of notifying Parks of his intent to move on. He wanted to sell his CTL domain to Parks and join the staff at Unite Blue. When his messages went unanswered, he sold the domain for $250 to recoup his domain costs.  Had lists been associated with any of CTL’s social media assets, the sale should have been more lucrative rather than closing for base value of hosting fees.

With 140Elect beginning to show on the progressive radar, CTL loyalists seized on Cowart’s new affiliation as defection and betrayal. Immediately, rumors sprang up that Cowart had stolen CTL’s membership lists and handed them over to the new kid on the block, competitor, 140Elect. In short order, the $250 sum from sale of the domain was grossly exaggerated by CTL members and supporters to be $250,000, money they claimed was stolen from CTL. Cowart, fed up with the wild allegations against him issued this statement: The Truth of the Matter: ConnectTheLeft

Cowart claims in his statement that he and Zach Green tried to negotiate with CTL’s Parks to bring her group into some kind of alliance with 140Elect but when Parks etched the virtual line in the sands of Twitter politics, her supporters took a posture of rescuing their commander from the clutches of irrelevance and a defunct organization. War was declared against Cowart and Green by  those who saw themselves as the political elite of Twitter against the young upstart who dared challenge their dominance, expertise and self-described Twitter celebrity status.

Investigations into the personal lives of the Green family and their digital consulting business gave rise to a new militantly determined group bent on forcing full personal and business transparency on 140Elect. The fact that Parks adamantly refused to reveal her own identity as leader of CTL created an atmosphere of hypocrisy on the transparency issue alone. As of this writing she has not voluntarily revealed her name, however the person who controls CTL claims to own the trademark for EileenLeft™ and that person is listed as Claudia Parks. If the trademark is held by a proxy, anyone seeking to join CTL should be aware of this since the goal is to impact progressive politics and influence elections.

USPTO Notice of Trademark for Eileen Left

One of the problems with launching a political venture on Twitter is coordinating thousands of users to focus on one point simultaneously to demonstrate the reach and power of a group, thereby effectively controlling a unified message for issue awareness. 140Elect deployed  Twitter applications, an interesting website with member info, stats and a sense of community with streamlined member communications to deploy mass action to effectively trend a topic. As such it is a powerful tool in the political arena and fair disclosure requests and questions regarding the intent and funders behind the operation aren’t out of bounds. But questions began to take on a circus atmosphere of wild theories and suspicions of RW moles, infiltrators, political operatives and social engineers out to subvert progressives by gathering and selling their Twitter souls to some right-wing secret group with 140Elect cast in the role of the devil.

The perfect storm loomed, rumors of money, betrayal  and the right to govern Twitter progressive politics fueled the beginning of the campaign against 140Elect as an emotionally charged  twitterstorm targeting its membership as well.

Zach Green – Unite Blue

What were and are the political crimes alleged against 140Elect/Unite Blue?

  • Zach and Adam Green previously worked as tech consultants for conservative candidates. This established their online portfolio.
  • They are self-described “techies” rather than political operatives or consultants, therefore they are seen as having too little inside political influence or expertise in the manipulations of politics.
  • They stole Connect The Left.
  • Unite Blue appointed a popular twitter progressive for a board position without checking his criminal background proving his “whippersnapper” inexperience.

(To see what the opposition knew about Talley and when they knew, see Anatomy of a Smear Campaign -Part Two- Outing Talley)

Unite Blue has paid for these mistakes. More to the point, a number of Unite Blue members have  been bullied, defamed and harassed as an example of how ignorant and vicious the left-wing can be when mobilized by gossip, half-truths and flat out lies, tactics the left usually accuses the right wing of doing, yet can’t see it in their own party. What the right-wing is loathe to do is attack its own or divide its base, which the left, or alleged left in this case have done with sneering zeal, exceeding  the energy expended on fighting their natural enemy, the right wing agenda.

Although none of CTL’s followers could muster the skills, financial backing or motivation to promote their own group, they did manage to get help through two new websites, Blue Unite and Unite This, both propaganda machines with the sole purpose of opposing and attacking Unite Blue.

The Council of Nine

The visual grouping combined with the following header is a classic smear tactic, and oddly out of sync with a “liberal” point of view in its judgmental approach to adults joking and enjoying camaraderie on Twitter. You can almost see the disapproving glare of the “Church Lady” in the header:

“Why are so many Unite Blue behaving in such an embarrassing and immature way? Is this the purpose of UB? How many of these accounts belong to UB founder Zach Green or Green family members?”.

Blue Unite was short lived and focused on former Unite Blue board member William Talley and attempts to smear what it perceived as the strongest Unite Blue supporters with Talley’s crimes. On one page it ran selected twitter feeds to imply guilt by association although none of the people in this were associating with William Talley aka @Political_Bill at the time.

Being a jovial, clever group, Unite Blue members countered the outrageous claims that supporters of Unite Blue MUST be related to the Green family by changing their twitter profile names to Green. The not so “crack investigators” with CTL mistakenly thought they had seized the brass ring of “gotcha”.

Sometimes, the best way to survive constant negativity and spurious allegations is to laugh, and we did a lot of that, except when allegations became harmful to reputations as the opposition falsely associated people with criminal activity (child pornography) by exaggerating William Talley’s influence or closeness with his 10k followers. The obvious intent in grouping unaffiliated  twitter feeds was a crude tactic implying a group alliance with Talley that did not exist.  Selectively targeting people from their enemy list to appear in proximity with Talley was the last straw for many (bottom right corner panel). The propaganda machine churned night and day with blogs, websites and opposition accounts sending auto-tweets while they slept, resulting in one-quarter of those shown in the Twitter feed  to be doxed (vindictive release of personal and family information) in the raging vendetta against Unite Blue supporters.

One could assume that if CTL supporters could at long last muster a website, it would be one to promote their own organization rather than waste resources trying to dismantle another org but it won’t be their last attempt to control twitter politics by damaging the competition.

As for Blue Unite, complaints  were building against the defamatory content of the site but not until webmaster Devin Millington challenged celebrity Roseanne Barr in an argument about transgender issues did things begin to change. Unable to further confront Barr on Twitter, Millington attacked  the celebrity with a hostile website, with Barr issuing an angry public plea on Twitter to feminist hackers for help. Blue Unite, coincidentally, began having technical difficulties. Whatever caused the end of Blue Unite, TOS complaints to the hosting company for defamatory content or other interventions, everyone on the receiving end of Millington’s irresponsible assertions was pleased to see its demise.

What are Claudia Parks’ personal allegations against Unite Blue, anyway?

The new incarnation of a Blue Unite, budget version, exists in Unite This, a WordPress site and associated Twitter handle @Unite_This (not shown here). This time around EileenLeft™ has laid her own hand to the smear campaign by forming an announced alliance of CTL and Unite This as competitor and opposition to Unite Blue. Parroting Unite This’ claims which consists of posts from OsborneInk, and her own allegations against Unite Blue, EileenLeft™, acting head of CTL has committed herself and her followers to the cause of dismantling Unite Blue.

An Alliance is formed:

EL-UT-form alliance

We know EileenLeft™’s identity from trademark records identifying the owner of the trademark as Claudia Parks, Modesto, CA. Who are the people behind behind @Unite_This and @PoliticolNews aka PN? Is it true, as people in progressive circles say, that Matt Edelstein aka @Shoq is the person behind these accounts? Edelstein has ties to Canada, the alleged home of PoliticolNews and a penchant for laying claim to endeavors and political action enterprises among progressives, sometimes leading to legal action.

Whatever the agenda, @EileenLeft™, @Unite_This and @PoliticolNews all want to keep their identities protected while challenging Unite Blue and other political orgs on issues of transparency.

Anatomy of a Smear Campaign – Part Two – Outing Talley

*UPDATE: Check Michael Galvin segment for a July 2013 confession.

The outing of William Talley began with 33 tweets October 13, 2012, from two Twitter “egg” accounts named @justice_usa_ aka Justice and @kyle_mart_unc aka Kyle, with a singular purpose; to disclose information on a man who was a wealthy Tennessee businessman and popular twitter progressive named William Talley, also @political_bill.

The announcement linked to a State of Tennessee Supreme Court Ruling March 19, 2010 declaring Talley was remanded for trial after a five-year, $450,000.00 legal battle. Soon facing 62 years in prison for possession of child pornography, weapon and drug charges, Talley would agree to a plea bargain reducing his sentence to less than a year in prison beginning May 29, 2013.

It would be interesting to see the twitter timeline of @Political_Bill for the months of October and November 2012, but too much time has passed. Please contact me if you have cached pages or more information.

I became aware of William Talley in a very brief discussion in 2012 about home health care since I am a caregiver for my mother. I did not know that on October 13, 2012 there were 33 tweets issued posting links to Talley’s case being rejected by the Tennessee Supreme Court because I was not a recipient of those tweets nor was there any open discussion of his case by the recipients, some of which were friends and supporters of Talley.

After joining Unite Blue and enduring the ongoing harassment and bullying from anti-Unite Blue troops and after the well known scandal of Talley being ejected from the board, I spoke privately to Talley via DM in March because I wanted to hear his explanation. Talking to Talley had nothing to do with his vindication as hundreds, if not thousands of twitter users who were his followers can attest. After months of abuse I also suspect mentioning this conversation will be used negatively by anti-Unite Blue bullies to portray what they see as secret communication confirming their grand conspiracy theory, but rational, intelligent people will see it as a simple discussion, so I’m writing this anyway.

I knew Talley was to be sentenced and his fate was in the hands of the courts. The ongoing hysteria and political circus of attempts to shame people into avoiding any conversations with Talley was odd and somewhat suspect to me. What could this man possibly say that would negate his documented criminal history? Nothing, but many like me felt he owed an explanation, especially since his actions had set the stage for an escalation in attacks on thousands of innocent people by further arming the aggressive mob bent on destroying Unite Blue through its members.

What Talley described to me was a lifestyle of excess and fall to debauchery of a middle-aged man trying to recapture his youth in a cascade of very harmful, bad decisions. The resultant descent into a dark world of his own drug abuse and addictions led to the most hideous acts of “curiosity”; child porn. Talley, by his own admission had become an addict and also abused alcohol. He “fell in” with a younger crowd who enjoyed his wealth and access to pharmaceutical drugs and in return he felt the machismo and power of walking on the dark side. Keeping pace with a 19 year old girlfriend, her friends and family (also part of the circle) may have been exhilarating for Talley, but it was also the undertow preceding the tidal wave that would wash away his reputation, business, wealth, prominence and freedom consuming him with the very real terror of spending life in prison, which tormented him every day for 8 years. On Twitter this man managed a persona of political activism that garnered him as many as 15,000 followers who saw him as a prominent progressive activist.

When I spoke with him he believed he would receive probation from his plea deal, an optimism I did not share. Since his original charges could bring 62 years imprisonment and the end result was less than a year in prison there were obvious mitigating factors in his case, which he intends to write about in a tell-all book he deemed a “cautionary tale”. Being a registered sex offender after his release is additionally punitive and appropriate, so for those who believe he was not really punished, consider what he lost, 8 years of fear, a year in prison and the sex offender label he will wear for the rest of his life and you may find a kernel of satisfaction in justice being served, even if it falls severely short of anyone’s expectations. His sentence turned out to be as shocking as the revelation of his crimes.

Personally, I advise any person or group to research Tennessee State Law, the dictates of the court regarding Talley’s parole requirements, whether or not he will be required to register as a sex offender and study Twitter corporate policy before embarking on a crusade to have him banned from Twittersince no one wants to create a legal situation where an offender can sue and win for violation of his rights.

Your only legal recourse may be to petition Twitter to amend its TOS to ban offenders.

Talley is a man with a habit of serving his own interests which repeatedly led to bad personal decisions negatively impacting others. And he is not alone. He accepted an advisory board position with Unite Blue without disclosing his criminal history and others who knew him and were aware of that history also withheld the information for their own political and personal agendas, safeguarding the information like money in the bank for a rainy day. That rainy day check was cashed on March 9, 2013 when the war against Unite Blue began to flounder and Talley was engaging in Unite Blue defense, the opposition loaded their campaign with fresh ammunition and the man in the crosshairs was William Talley. In less than week of being on the board, his secret was revealed.

*Since writing this, Trina Cuppett has changed her Twitter handle from @TrinaCuppett to @keyboardninja13 to @VileSleazo and as of August 2013, her handle is @Fameballs.

March 10, 2013 Unite Blue announced William Talley was removed from the advisory board.

Ignoring actions by Unite Blue in immediately removing Talley from the board, by March 13, 2013 the opposition began developing slogans and a hashtag to compliment their existing #opuniteblue hashtag campaign and escalated their Unite Blue smear campaign deploying Talley as their sacrifice and weapon :

#WeSaidNo to #UniteBlue and their pedophile leader,@political_billhttp://t.co/TbtD7NHCwk

“If you tweet to, or retweet @political_bill, you are supporting a convicted pedophile. #UniteBlue http://t.co/TbtD7NHCwk

Soon it was not enough for members to denounce Talley, opposition demands increased to include a renouncement of Unite Blue itself by all members. Several smear strategies would be networked between the group Anonymous along with increasing bullying tactics of intimidation by doxing , defamation and threats. Under the leadership of Trina Cuppett, Unite Blue would soon be labeled a “Pedophilia Company” with a call to conduct a cyber take down of the Unite Blue website.

Image There are two very important stories in this summary:

1. The outing of William Talley, because although Trina Cuppett and involved supporters say she was the first to expose him, evidence shows she was not. The information was fed to her and she soapboxed it. She was not the first person to tweet the information about William Talley. Why the lies and misrepresentation that Cuppett had somehow risked or sacrificed herself to expose Talley?

2. Galvin was the first person in 2013 to tweet the Tennessee case law link, the same link from Kyle and Justice in 2012.

The TN ruling was tweeted 349 times in early 2013 after Galvin’s post and is viewable here: Note: Use the “more” button for all the tweets. http://topsy.com/caselaw.findlaw.com/tn-supreme-court/1522940.html

This negates Cuppett’s claims she researched, sleuthed, put together evidence on Talley before Galvin’s 2013 notification. She was referring to these disagreements about her friend Talley being appointed the board:

The run-up to Talley’s board appointment and the anti-Unite Blue campaign is fascinating. It evolves through conspiracy theories, allegations, wild speculation, dishonesty, new websites, alliances with the group Anonymous and a full anti-pedophile Anonymous alliance that viciously doxed 6 innocent Unite Blue members as pedophile supporters.

These doxes were justified by these groups as retaliation because Trina Cuppett claimed she was an Anon harassed for outing William Talley, which is proven to be a dishonest manipulation to get other groups to damage her enemies on her behalf.

Other people, me among them, were doxed in retaliation for doxing Trina Cuppett, another highly hyped fictional drama recently re-posted to show that her children were never endangered and despite her many online marketing posts promoting her home business, complete with address and phone number, her private information was not released.

Again, for the hundredth time, I will state that I did not know what a dox was at the time, nor was I in alliance with anyone that could have been involved with the post. When I saw it, because Cuppett and her supporters were also posting  the link in outrage, I thought it was a parody site.

This has not, to date, stopped Cuppett from repeatedly falsely alleging I was involved. To the contrary, there is valid evidence of her public posting my personal information, later used in a horrifically defamatory Anonymous dox of me and my family alleging I was a pedophile supporter deserving “justice”, which she fully supported.

CrackingNutz unlocking of the original Trina Cuppett “dox”:

The alleged dox, which is actually a blog piece, drew attention to Cuppett’s political status as an Independent positioning herself as a Progressive Leader. She now calls herself a “Progressive Indie Leader”. Had the blog been harmful, her friend, confidante and partner in the anti-Unite Blue campaign, Michael Galvin, in his truthout2power blog would never have posted it with a donation link, or so reasonable people would believe:

Michael Galvin truthout2power blog page:

Galvin also did two Unite Blue Google Chats interrogating Green on the issue of Trina Cuppett’s victim status because of the “dox”. Green was able to disclose that his own family had been doxed and harassed by her anti-Unite Blue group via pastebin and defamed, but also condemned any unprovoked attacks against her.

Soon after, Galvin demanded the videos be taken down and removed from the Unite Blue website and YouTube, although it was Galvin that had insisted the interviews take place. Galvin has since posted derogatory “fact” pages, one exploiting Green’s response to Galvin’s question where Green calls Anonymous a terrorist group. Anti-Unite Blue groups used this to persuade members of Anonymous to rally against Unite Blue and its members, promoting more attacks.

The Michael Galvin-Zach Green Unite Blue Google Chats have been posted again, thanks to Aurora Grajeda. The video posts are protected under law as a public service, since there is considerable educational information about the Unite Blue org of benefit to the public:

UPDATE: July 2013 Michael Galvin admits the group knew about Talley in February 2013 and took no action until he was appointed to the Unite Blue Advisory Board. They claim they were waiting for a plea, although a plea simply reduced his sentence, not the history or severity of his crimes, which they ignored until it could be used against Unite Blue.

As for who sent Trina Cuppett the very first Talley file she posted, see if you can sort it out:

If you wonder why the fighting goes on, it’s because the war on Unite Blue and its members goes on.

Future blog posts will feature the Tango Down (take down) of Unite Blue and #LibCrib and a closer look at the March 2013 escalation of the anti-Unite Blue smear campaign with increasing involvement of those claiming to be with group “Anonymous”.

Anatomy of a Smear Campaign – Part One

Anatomy of a Twitter Smear Campaign – Part One

I have been the victim of an intensive, relentless smear campaign. There will much written on this in the near future. At present, I’m balancing real life and fighting for my reputation and against the stream of trolls and perpetrators promoting this terror via countless RTs and MTs used to inject this venom across twitter and the internet.

You see, once a smear campaign begins, it is spread across Google and other search engines by sites that stream twitter accounts 24/7. Then there are the Twitlongers, Pastebins and Chirpstory accounts and many more outlets, spanning discussions on HuffPost and countless blogs.

Because of the actions of Trina Cuppett @keyboardninja13, Matt Osborne @OsborneInk and their “friends”, my name is now associated with the words, “pedo”, pedo supporter”, “rape”, “infiltrator” and many other ugly terms.

I am none of those things and they know it. I was one of many targeted for joining Unite Blue, a progressive political org on Twitter. I fought back when assailed by the endless conspiracy theories and allegations about Unite Blue, because I believed it to be beyond valid consideration and an absurd way for a rational person to waste brain cells weaving such nonsense together.

The attacks on me became personal. I was accused of being an infiltrator from the right-wing to control hundreds of thousands of twitter users via Unite Blue. They said I was not really Janeal Eller, and began investigating me and disseminating files from Google about my “true” identity, even family histories and a link to Eller genealogy!

When that didn’t frighten me into silence they changed tactics. @OsborneInk tweets that I’m a supporter of a rapist named Jim XXXXX whom he drove off Twitter and other coordinated attacks only got worse. I don’t know much after Googling the man named, but being a victim of @OsborneInk’s dirty tactics, I seriously doubt the man had anything to do with rape. But that was not the point. He still continues to repeat the original lie to attack and discredit me.

That is how a smear campaign begins, and since Matt Osborne also has a blog, he can promote his lies beyond Twitter to other blogs who will begin repeating the same claims. This was not the only lie. Many more horrible insults and lies will be conjured in the smear campaign, even today. You see, if one lie sticks, it isn’t difficult to add more and his followers believe it out of hand and pass it on. His friends eagerly and actively participate.

Stay on his good side, or you are next. All participants share the same attitude.

Everyone victimized by the Unite Blue smear campaign can attest to the intense learning curve in determining who the people are behind the attacks in a search to identify the roots. You cannot simply close your account and leave Twitter to find peace. Your reputation has been damaged and once you’re  gone you will no longer be able to track the information and defamation to fight against and correct it.

People who blindly follow and pass the trash to their followers need to see this through personal experience. The perpetrators know very well that employers check social media. What about new people you meet? Will you forever be explaining this to defend yourself, or will they too assume you are a pedophile and avoid you? Whatever you do in life after being the target of a smear campaign, this will impact you in ways you can’t yet imagine. For that reason, expect to see heated ongoing battles between victims and perpetrators, who, by the way call themselves victims when confronted.

I can and will devote an entire website to revealing this story and the inner workings and members of this group. They’ve done this before. They push people to the brink of suicide and those they have driven from twitter and stalked across the internet to silence their voice, well, we don’t know what happened to them after their employers were called by these people and their children and families were threatened. Yes, the perpetrators do take it that far with a hate that is unfathomable. Victims are left to wonder why and how it happened and to carry their pain and anger through life hoping for some kind of resolution. Twitter is unresponsive. Many won’t file complaints because their names must be used and Twitter warns that information will be given to the person in the complaint. In many ways it’s the badlands and people must fight and fend for themselves or leave social media altogether and hope they aren’t followed and stalked.

Make no mistake, I am not the only one who has been victimized by this group. By making the tactics and signs known, investigating them and pursuing legal action, I hope to be the last.

How to Destroy a Reputation in 5 Tweets

1. Based on an actual case, members of the “cabal” passed around a tweet made to further discredit a victim they had first doxed (personal information release, including names of family and children) as another woman who became collateral damage of the initial assault. In this game an online service called lemmetweetthatforyou was used to forge a tweet as if it came from the victim. I followed this via live tweets, the obscene jokes, the laughter exchanged between the man and his friends and the concerned tweets made to the victim by her friends thinking the woman was going too far in her responses – a double assault by shocked friends who didn’t realize their friend was a victim of a dangerous “prank”.

Important note: Tweets made via this service are not valid in a legal proceeding unlike actual tweets with permalinks kept on file in governmental agencies and used by parties as evidence in lawsuits . Furthermore, they are passed along on Twitter as screenshots (image files) posted by the forger, possibly via a sock account (anonymous twitter account) and can be tracked to that source. This was the case of @TheXClass using a false tweet to discredit and embarrass @Bewarethebeliev. This will be profiled in another post including the offending tweet and how it was tracked to the @TheXClass account.

2. Google information is often inaccurate as it pertains to personal information. Unless the information source is a verified personal blog or business promotion by the person in question, such as LinkedIn or other sites, the information compiled and posted to search engines is from data sold from subscription, membership type websites and spam brokers and is usually flawed.

3. A lie, especially a salacious lie tweeted and retweeted to thousands of people takes on a life of its own, expanded by gossip if not actual tweets. Count on it. Smear campaigns on Twitter are like brush fires on a windy day.

What you’re about to read is a sample case used to demonstrate how easily a smear campaign can be started. Tweet images are via the “prank” tweet forgery account called, lemmetweetthatforyou.com. In a real smear campaign the tweets are real and carry the impact of the intended emotional and psychological weight.

The target used for the purposes of this demonstration is a real twitter account, identity unknown, whom I have selected for this demonstration because of their ruthless attacks on me personally. TJ10101 is a member of the group fomenting the widespread smear campaign against Unite Blue and innocent people who may or may not be actual members of the org. Let’s call this sensitivity training for TJ10101 in how it feels to be used as a target at a firing range for defamation.

The faux sender of the tweets is demonstrated by using a broadly known harasser and meta-troll, RJ Sterling, known for owning as many as 50 sock accounts, to be listed in another installment dedicated to reviewing the history and actions of RJ Sterling. Sterling is close friends with @Shoq aka Matt Edelstein, @OsbornInk aka Matt Osborne and Neal Rauhauser.

The Impact of Visual Media in a Terror Campaign.

The following screenshots of tweets are not real tweets and were never posted. The text of the tweets mimic attacks used against me and others. Actual attacks I have endured, as have my friends, are far more vicious and repetitive, involving dozens of distinct users to forward the attacks. I have been doxed four times in four months.

The following is for demonstration purposes only, although the link used as “evidence” in one tweet is real:

Demonstration Begin.

CAUTION: 1.The following faux tweet has an actual porn link discovered in a Google search. The real owner of the site is unknown and this may be a simple coincidence of user names. This is how guilt by association, real or otherwise can be used to destroy a reputation.

2. “Call CPS” is an example of a passive solicitation to encourage a “swat,” i.e. a call to authorities to investigate the accused individual. Swatting is a criminal offense. In the most dangerous cases, it has been used to send armed SWAT Teams to a victim’s home. Trina Cuppett and others have tweeted “Call CPS” solicitations regarding my family.

End of demonstration.

Who Are These People?

It has been four months since the first debates, arguments, and eventual flame wars began against Unite Blue. I joined Unite Blue because of the technology offered. I have liberal beliefs but I’m one of those lazy voters who prefers a concise briefing on issues and facts along with easy access to information without being drawn into a hostile political arena rife with speculation and gossip.

Little did I know what was about to befall me, propelling me into the most demented, nasty gutter of political smear campaigns I could imagine. It’s a campaign of wild conspiracy theories, rampant defamation, menacing personalities, and  criminal intent. The learning curve has been a roller-coaster of blogs, articles, Google searches, hundreds of references, thousands of documented tweets and conversations with others assailed by the same group of people who can only accurately be described as a cabal.

There is so much information and evidence along with so many people who deserve a venue, regardless of political affiliation to tell their stories. This has happened before in a previous campaign known as Twittergate. Unite Blue is not the first time this kind of “op” has been deployed.

There is also a very compelling reason to do this; raise funds for legal actions against the people conducting these personal terror campaigns on Twitter. There must be justice and examples made to stop this abuse.

I own the internet domains for opuniteblue which will be developed under the banner, Operation Unite Blue, Terror Campaigns in Social Media. It will be non-political and all victims of the Unite Blue smear campaign or Twittergate will be welcome.

To those who hoped to destroy me…#ExpectJustice.
